About 323 Services
Built on Work Worth Putting Our Name On.
323 Services has served homeowners, property owners and construction clients throughout Dallas–Fort Worth since 2014. We specialize in roofing, remodeling and restoration.
But those three services share something bigger: responsibility for somebody’s property. We take that responsibility seriously.
Our philosophy
Do It Right the First Time. No Shortcuts.
323 Services was built around the principle found in Colossians 3:23:
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart.
For us, that isn’t simply a slogan. It’s a standard. It means the work should be worth doing properly even when the customer isn’t watching. It means details matter, taking responsibility, giving straightforward answers—and finishing what we start.
Roofing. Remodeling. Restoration.
Because Properties Don’t Fit Into Neat Categories.
A roofing contractor may discover water damage inside the home. A restoration project may require reconstruction. A remodel may expose hidden damage.
Construction systems overlap. Having roofing, restoration and general construction capability under one company allows us to see more than one piece of the problem.
Accountability Starts at the Top.
323 Services is not intended to operate like an anonymous lead-generation company where the salesperson disappears and the homeowner is handed off repeatedly.
Customers should know there is a real company, real leadership and real accountability behind the project.
“I want our customers to feel like somebody is actually responsible for their project—not like they’re trying to get answers from a different person every time they call.”

Ricky Evans
Founder & Owner, 323 Services
Why “323”?
For Ricky Evans, 323 Services is more than a construction company. Its name comes from a lesson that started long before the company ever existed.
Ricky grew up around hard work. As a teenager, he worked on new-home construction as a painter’s helper and plumbing apprentice. By 18, he was selling roofs for his great-uncle and spending time around custom home builds. Construction became part of his life early, and the seed for what would eventually become 323 Services was planted.
But one of the most important lessons Ricky carried with him came from his mother. Before she passed away when he was just 13, she taught him that when the boss is away, you should work even harder—not less—so they know they can trust you when no one is watching.
Decades later, while searching for a name for the company he founded in 2014, Ricky came across Colossians 3:23:
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not men.”
It stopped him in his tracks.
He realized it was the same principle his mother had been teaching him all those years earlier.
That became the name.
And more importantly, it became the standard.
For Ricky, 323 means doing the work right when someone is watching—and when they aren’t. It means taking responsibility, telling the truth, caring about the details and finishing what you start.
