Homeowners Shouldn’t Have to Become Roofing Experts.
You probably don’t spend much time thinking about your roof until something goes wrong. Then suddenly you’re hearing about:
Underlayment. Decking. Flashing. Ventilation. Impact ratings. Deductibles. Depreciation. Supplements. Code requirements.
Our job isn’t to overwhelm you with roofing terminology. Our job is to help you understand what matters.
Repair When Repair Makes Sense. Replace When Replacement Makes Sense.
A roofing inspection should answer a question: What does this roof actually need? It shouldn’t start with a predetermined answer.
If the appropriate solution is a repair, we’ll explain the repair. If the roof has reached the point where replacement makes more sense, we’ll explain why. If we identify storm-related damage, we’ll document it.
You deserve enough information to make an informed decision without unnecessary pressure.
Roof Repair
Leaks. Missing shingles. Flashing problems. Pipe penetrations. Localized damage.
Not every roof problem requires replacement.

What Should a Roofing Project Feel Like?
- ✓You know who to call.
- ✓You understand the scope.
- ✓You know when work is expected.
- ✓Your property is protected.
- ✓You receive documentation where appropriate.
- ✓The site gets cleaned.
- ✓The job gets walked before it’s closed.
Roofing doesn’t have to feel chaotic.
Your Roof Will Be Here Long After the Storm Trucks Leave.
Major storms can bring an influx of temporary roofing operations into North Texas. When choosing a contractor, don’t evaluate only the shingles or the price. Consider:
- —How long has the company operated?
- —Is there a permanent local presence?
- —Is insurance documented?
- —Is the scope written?
- —Who manages the project?
- —How are changes handled?
- —What happens if you need service later?
- —Who actually stands behind the warranty?
323 Services has served Dallas–Fort Worth since 2014. We’re building relationships we expect to still have after storm season is over.
Storm Damage Doesn’t Automatically Mean Insurance Coverage.
We believe roofing contractors should explain construction—not make promises on behalf of an insurance company.
If storm-related damage exists, we can document it and provide appropriate construction information. Your carrier determines coverage according to your policy. We determine what work is required to repair your property properly.
FAQ
Questions Homeowners Ask Us
Do I automatically need a new roof after hail?+
No. The severity, roofing material, age, condition and actual damage all matter. An inspection should determine what happened before anyone recommends replacement.
Can you repair a roof instead of replacing it?+
When an appropriate repair can solve the problem, repair may make sense. Some roofs are beyond economical repair or have broader damage that makes replacement more appropriate.
Will insurance pay for my roof?+
Your insurance carrier determines coverage under your policy. A roofing contractor should not guarantee coverage. We can inspect and document legitimate damage and provide construction information.
How long does roof replacement take?+
Many residential roofs can be completed quickly once construction begins, but project duration depends on size, complexity, weather, materials and site conditions. We provide project-specific expectations.
Do you install metal roofing?+
Yes. 323 Services works with standing seam metal roofing as part of our roofing services.
